π Iβm Karson. An American born in Canada living a dream I never knew I had.
Iβve been obsessed with making my own websites and applications since I watched the background of a webpage change colour with the click of a button at 13 years old (thank you javascript).
While attending University of Lethbridge for Bsc. in Neuroscience with a minor in Biochemstry (I wanted to be a dentist), I sold my first application and thats when I fell in love with software + business.

My Philosophy
My work is an integral part of my identity, serving as a platform for my passions. This perspective drives me to excel in diverse environments, consistently pushing boundaries and exceeding expectations. It's about more than just fulfilling job requirements; it's about living my purpose through my professional endeavors.
I view job titles as starting points, not limitations. My focus is on creating meaningful impact, often by developing innovative technological solutions to bridge operational gaps. Whether it's crafting new tools or reimagining processes, I'm committed to adding value beyond my formal responsibilities.
Leadership, for me, emerges naturally. From captaining sports teams to spearheading group projects, I consistently find myself guiding collective efforts. This inclination stems from my dedication to excellence and belief in the power of collaboration. I aim to inspire and elevate those around me, fostering an environment where innovation and success thrive.
Equipped with a strong skill set and insatiable curiosity, I've progressed from building internal tools to becoming an award-winning developer collaborating with world-class teams. Each challenge presents an opportunity to surpass expectations and expand my capabilities.
At my core, I'm a perpetual learner. Every project and interaction offers a chance to broaden my knowledge and refine my skills. This ongoing pursuit of growth enhances both my professional expertise and personal life, creating a cycle of continuous improvement and innovation. I approach each day eager to discover something new.
